Why is there a delay in my order delivery?

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, please expect some delays in order delivery. We are trying our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. How long does it take to delivery my order during this situation

Usually, we aim to deliver your orders within 1-2 days within Bangkok and Municipal areas, and 3-5 days upcountry. However, the uncertainty with COVID-19 situation we expect the delay in delivery in some areas.


Why is Customer Service not responding to my enquiry?

How do I use MY CARD Birthday Privilege during this time, since the shops are close? Can I redeem my privilege online instead?

Because of the COVID-19 situation, MY CARD members whose birthday is in March and April can redeem the Birthday Discount when the store reopens. MY CARD has extended the redemption up to June 2020

However, you are more than welcome to redeem your Birthday Privilege online. Please reach out to us with your MY CARD number and Date of Birth via CPS CHAPS Facebook Inbox or reach us at (+66) 2-118-2000 (during Monday - Friday at 9 am - 6 pm)

 

I wish to return some items I bought some the stores, however, the shops are closed, what is the return policy?

You can return the items that you bought from the stores within 14 days after the stores reopen. Please keep the receipts, and the product tags. The items must be in unworn/ unwashed condition.


When will the stores reopen?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific date due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation. We will continue to monitor government advisories and implement necessary precautions per their advice. Please stay tuned for more updates regarding the shops reopening on our CPS CHAPS Facebook page.
