How do I create an account?
Join the CPS Chaps crew. Create your account with your name, email, and a password. For a faster setup, connect with your Facebook or Google account. A CPS Chaps account gets you quicker checkouts, order tracking, and exclusive access to perks like gift cards for returns.
How can I change my password or update my personal information?
To update your info, log in to your CPS Chaps account and head to your profile settings. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page. We'll email you a reset link.
What should I do if I'm having trouble using the website?

How can I track my order?
You can track your order in a few ways:
- Go to the "My Orders" section in your CPS Chaps account.
- Click the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
- For a direct check, go to the DHL website and enter your order number:

What are the shipping times and costs?
We offer standard delivery within Thailand for 60 THB. Your order will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation and shipped on a business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, CPS Chaps ships globally with our partner, DHL. All items shipped internationally are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order is confirmed, we can't modify or cancel it. If you have second thoughts upon delivery, refer to our domestic return policy.

What’s the deal with returns and exchanges?
If you're in Thailand, you can return items within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and perfumes must be unopened, and items like jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates cannot be returned or exchanged. "End of Season" sale items and purchases made with online credit are final.
How do I start a return or exchange?
• Online Returns: Log in to your account and go to "My Orders." If you checked out as a guest, use your order number and email to access the return form. Once approved, you have 7 days to send the item back.
• In-Store Exchanges: Visit any CPS Chaps store within 14 days. Bring the item and your Delivery Order (D/O) documents.
When will I see my refund?
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3-5 working days. Your refund will then be processed within 7 working days and issued as a gift card, valid for 30 days. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds could take up to 45 working days, depending on your bank.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
"End of Season" sale items are final. Items from other promotions can be returned for a gift card, in line with our policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a faulty item, contact our Customer Relations Department immediately at customerservice@jaspal.co.th. Include a photo of the item and your receipt to expedite the process.
